We feel that, if you're going to spend your time and energy, money and creativity baking something, you'd better be sure the ingredients are up to the love you're putting into the project.<BR/>I'd like to add my favorite ingredient to the list: 100% organic white whole wheat flour. Unbelievable. I use it 100% in all my cookies (except the plainest sugar cookies, where color matters), and no one can tell the difference... Anyway, thanks again for pointing us out in your blog.
